Students had
to think of some lyrics that would suit best our project and create an anthem.
They had to use musical instruments or applications in order to record a video
of them performing. They had to share the video with the others in our school,
as well as with other students in the other schools in our area.
The group
of students who showed most interest in music, performing and musical
instruments worked in group in order to record the anthem of the project. The
lyrics speak about finding the right type of jobs, the dream job, about
dedication, hard work, professionalism. They were supported by all the
teachers, parents, and their siblings. They have practised a lot and finally
got with the right version of the anthem.
We uploaded the videos on our social media pages, whatsapp groups and everyone was very proud of their work, inspiring the others, too.

Students had the opportunity to perform, record a video, compose an anthem on a specific topic, which was new to them. They had not have this experience before. They were pleased to see their skills improved and they were even capable of improvising at some point.
They also learnt facts about various types of jobs and the skills required.
