Workshop with Seniors-Atça İmam Hatip Ortaokulu/TURKİYE

 

Generally most of our sts are living with their grandparents at their homes.Also their families are doing gardening.During the day ,they are all away from the house .So sts are all accustomed to doing the housework for their families  and taking care of their grandparents.
Activity:Childrenspent time with  their grandparents, had conversations with each other and helped them in houseworks.
Subsequent activities:This activity helped to build own points of view, overcome prejudice and understand being old. They became useful and empathetic to the seniors.
Results:Students try to understand the old people.They made empathy.The old people enjoed a lot being together with children.
