First Aid-Atça İmam Hatip Ortaokulu/TURKIYE

 

All grade children and the the other secondary school stsparticipated at a medical training. The activity took place in our school conference hall, in which a doctor from Ministry of Health  taught the pupils how to do first aid in case of emergency.

Activity:

The pupils were taught to give first aid in case of accidents.The doctor explained the  techniques of first aids.The doctor  taught the pupils how to distinguish different injuries of an accident like a broken arm, dislocated shoulder, second and third degree burns, sprained ankle, back injuries and how to deal with them. And the most important thing, to call 112.

 Subsequent activities:

 We uploaded the videos, photos and the new information to Facebook.So more people have acces to important medical information.

 Results:

The pupils know how to give propper first aid and now they feel more involved in the community.
